Alex Yoder

As chief executive officer, Alex is responsible for worldwide operations and the overall strategic vision of Webtrends.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alex spent the past seven years serving in key management positions at Webtrends, with his last role being vice president of sales, North America. During his tenure at Webtrends, he has successfully worked to expand the brand and deliver business value to global enterprises.

His time at Webtrends tops off more than 20 years of global business experience spanning leadership roles across sales, marketing and operations. Alex has also served as vice president of sales for Touch Clarity, a behavioral targeting company.

Alex won a Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in Computer Software at the 2011 American Business Awards and was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as the 2010 CEO of the Year in Technology.

Soon after graduating with a Computer Science degree from the University of Oregon I moved (back) to New York just in time for the September 11th, World Trade Center catastrophe. I spent the next couple of years developing applications for a non-profit organization dedicated to the World Trade Center disaster relief effort. When the relief effort come to a close I decided to revisit academia and in 2008 received my Master’s degree in System Science from Portland State University. During this time I worked as an application developer at various technology companies in Portland. Soon after I received my degree I was hired at Webtrends initially as a Technical Account Manager where I first honed my analytics skills. For the past several months I’ve been taking on a new challenge as the Program Manager for SDKs and APIs. I look forward to leveraging my academic skills in my current position.

The goal of this group is to make business information accessible wherever it resides – in the cloud or on premise. Megan Douglas

Megan Douglas, Manager of Client Services Megan Douglas had a long and varied path to Analytics. She began working on web pages in 1994 which was well before she had any idea what the internet or web pages were. After taking a break to do a stint with a Tony-award winning Broadway producer as well as some time as a professional coach, Megan realized that she needed to come back to the work she had abandoned in the early 90s. Starting as a Web Administrator for an ERP company, Megan worked her way up and eventually managed global web development for a large software company – managing everything from SEO and online campaign development to site redesigns and CMS implementations. Megan happened into the world of Analytics after asking herself what was next and realizing Analytics was the most interesting option. After working with the Webtrends product for 3 years at Orbitz, she joined the Webtrends team focused on Mobile and Social analytics. In addition to her continued work in the mobile and social spaces, she manages an exceptional team of consultants who implement the Webtrends solution for our clients.

I’ve worked for Webtrends going on 6 years now. First with the world-class support team providing top tier support and training to the global Webtrends organization, then as a Technical Consultant, and finally in my current role as Program Manager. Prior to that I worked with Symantec as a content developer, helping to gather and organize data to better produce and optimize self-service support solutions worldwide. One step further back and I was working with a crack team to process and deliver satellite imagery in a custom developed web application that allowed user attributable overlay of geo-referenced third party data (ask me about it). I believe that Webtrends is at the cutting edge of analytics and digital intelligence, and given what we’re innovating on a daily basis, I wouldn’t be anywhere else in the world.

Paul has over a dozen years experience at Webtrends in product management, business intelligence, and engineering project management. Paul designed Webtrends’ RESTful API & mobile SDKs and has independently developed and published mobile apps for Android, iOS and Blackberry

Peter Bowman is a Senior Account Manager at Marin Software focused on strategic client relationships. Peter joined Marin from The Nielsen Company, where he managed client service engagements with major customers such as AT&T, Motorola and Best Buy. Some of his past projects involved deep analytics to hone AT&T’s smartphone strategy and helping Best Buy shape their “Best Buy Mobile” initiative. Peter has driven success with clients by ensuring that Marin meets its client expectations and satisfies their business needs while consistently working towards achieving their long-term strategic goals. He oversees some of Marin’s largest clients, including Salesforce.com, Symantec, PayPal, Overstock.com, Memory Lane and WebTrends to name a few. Peter holds a Bachelor degree from Kenyon College.

Pete Crossley, Director of Architecture, drives the architectural vision of Webtrends product portfolio. He has over 12 years of enterprise development and technology experience and was the original principal software engineer of Optimize. Pete’s knowledge of technology allows him to develop and design technology solution to solve complex business problems. When not working, Pete can be found blasting through powder in the Cascades.

Rick Weithas

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Rick drives new and emerging Webtrends products to market. He is a key part of the Product Marketing team delivering solutions that improve customer value and leads critical Early Adopter programs as well as manages the Customer Advisory Board for Webtrends. Rick has a diverse background spanning 20 years in digital marketing, sales, agency, engineering and operations with previous leadership positions at Infogroup/Yesmail, Babcock & Jenkins, HP and Boise Cascade. Rick received an MBA from the University of Portland and a BSc degree in Engineering from Miami University.
